Design & Project development

Digital design is the unsung hero within remodeling projects. Our software is able to capture your vision in a 3D space, allowing you to confidently make those design and function choices that are often so hard to formulate just in your head.

Let’s talk more about the process:

Visualize Before You Build.

  • First comes the consultation. In this stage, we sit down with you to understand your goals, preferences, and must-have features.

These values are things like: redesigning the floor plan by knocking down walls to suit your needs, designing some custom storage like shelves, nooks, or niches to accommodate your necessities, or choosing a collection of tile that fits a certain style and color palette.

We make note of these values to use as foundational anchors for the space.

  • After we learn your values you’ll sit down at our Design Studio with our design team to begin the design & Project Development. From here, material selections are made and your project is digitally recreated, allowing experimentation with layouts, materials, and fixtures in real time.

Want to see how marble compares to granite? Or how a freestanding tub looks against a different tile wall? The sky is the limit on customization.

  • Once the design has been completed and signed-off on, it is neatly organized as a project guide to be used as reference on-site. This helps with a smoother remodeling process. All material order will be placed at this point and permitting will be submitted in preparation for the project.

  • Our full Design & Project Development package is between $6,000-$30,000 depending on project scope, and it includes mood boarding, material selections, project concept creation and 2-3 revisions. Included in the project concept creation are architectural drafts & renderings (elevations, floor plans, virtual rendering), and a fixed finalized project proposal.

Beyond Visualization..

Our project development stage goes even further than visualization. In addition to our 3D renderings, we also create:

  • 2D renderings

  • Elevation Drawings

  • Comprehensive floor plans

These additional steps ensure that every detail is accounted for to avoid unforeseen costs and delays, streamline the permitting process, and keep all our teams members connected and aligned to produced a headache free remodel.

How Digital Design Can Help You

Renovations can feel overwhelming because so many decisions are locked in, or alternatively, left on the table once construction begins. Our design process takes the guesswork out:

  • Confidence – See the space before it’s built, reducing stress about “what if it doesn’t look right?”

  • Clarity – Compare finishes, layouts, and fixtures without the pressure of in-store decision-making.

  • Efficiency – Resolve potential issues in the design phase, saving time and money during construction.

  • Personalization – Your style isn’t limited by standard templates — we can tailor every element to your taste.

Even More Than just Customization

Our design services aren’t only about how your bathroom will look — they also help us plan how it will function. Proper layout ensures better flow, accessibility, and comfort. By combining aesthetic design with practical solutions, we make sure the finished project feels as good as it looks.
