FAQ
-
It depends on your jurisdiction, but generally, no. In Northern Colorado for example, you do not need a permit for a new tub or shower conversion if there is no alteration in the underlying plumbing, electrical, or structural components. In any case, we’ll handle the details for you.
-
Absolutely! We can reuse the existing plumbing underneath, as well as the fixtures already present — barring there are no issues.
While there are no hold backs in using the existing fixtures and rough-in valve, it is important to consider replacement depending on the age of the rough-in valve. It’s better replace while the wall is open, than having to re-open it down the road amidst and emergency.

You can expect the same process we give for any of our projects! Protection of your home with floor coverings and plastic barriers, detail oriented and thoughtful work, and in the end, your stamp of approval to ensure the project exceeds your expectations.
